Karwade Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Karwade! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Karwade mobile application ("App") and the services provided therein (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Content Generation and Use

1.1. Karwade uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content, including comments, messages, invitations, posts, and replies (collectively, "Generated Content").

1.2. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all Generated Content before using it on LinkedIn.

1.3. You acknowledge that Generated Content is a suggestion and may not be perfect or appropriate for all situations.

1.4. You agree to use Generated Content in a professional and respectful manner, complying with LinkedIn's terms of service.

2. User Conduct

2.1. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and LinkedIn's terms of service.

2.2. You will not use the Services to:

• Generate or share content that is hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or defamatory.
• Spam or send unsolicited messages.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Disclaimers

3.1. The Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Karwade disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3.2. Karwade does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

3.3. Karwade is not responsible for the content you generate or share using the Services.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karwade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The App and all intellectual property rights therein belong to Karwade or its licensors.

5.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. Termination

6.1. Karwade may terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Karwade regarding your use of the Services.

9.1. Karwade may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App.

9.2. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
